Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer-facing or client-facing role.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and empathy in interactions.
• Experience in supporting mental health and social needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support for students with administrative and welfare issues.
• Monitor student engagement and provide early support.
• Assist in applications to the Student Loan Company.
• Maintaining records of student interactions per GDPR.
• Support with welfare and wellbeing advice.
