An educational institution in Oxford seeks a dedicated Student Welfare Coordinator to join the Lifeskills team. This part-time maternity cover role focuses on supporting High Needs students and ensuring their well-being and achievement. We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Student Welfare Coordinator to join our Lifeskills team based at Oxford College campus.
The purpose of the role is to help ensure retention and achievement of students receiving Additional Learning Support within Lifeskills Faculty. This includes the 16‑19 programme, monitoring pastoral needs and working with the team to ensure best practice and support the transition into our programmes for internal and external learners.
This position is offered as maternity cover and will be on a fixed‑term basis. It is a part‑time role, working 18.5 hours per week (0.42 FTE), with the contract running until November 2026.
