You will lead a team of curriculum managers, drive performance through data and quality processes, and build strong relationships with employers and partners across the Group.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead curriculum development and drive continuous improvement.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience in higher/FE education settings and government policy context.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic and operational delivery of Student Support Services across United Colleges Group.
• Translate strategic priorities into effective plans, objectives and performance targets.
• Manage and develop senior curriculum staff and ensure high standards of teaching, learning and assessment.
