Student Support Officer – Engagement & Learning

We are looking to appoint a Student Support Officer – Engagement & Learning who has the skills and experience to support our most vulnerable learners engage with their learning. The role requires alignment with our restorative approach and values: Know our children well, Partners in Learning, Character for Achievement, and Enjoy and Aspire. The post holder will be expected to collaborate with staff, contribute to a positive learning environment, and invest in their professional development. We encourage a genuinely caring and challenging approach within a creative staff team.
