You'll work closely with students who need emotional, behavioural or relational support to thrive in school. Whether supervising in our intervention rooms, de‑escalating in corridors or supporting reintegration plans, you'll be at the heart of our inclusive and relational care system. This is an ideal role for someone with emotional intelligence, strong boundaries, and a deep belief in pupil potential. Every day, you'll help young people feel seen, safe and supported.
