About the Role

We're seeking a compassionate and reliable Student Support Hub Lead - Behaviour professional to join our pastoral and behaviour team. You'll work closely with students who need emotional, behavioural or relational support to thrive in school. Whether supervising in our intervention rooms, de‑escalating in corridors or supporting reintegration plans, you'll be at the heart of our inclusive and relational care system. This is an ideal role for someone with emotional intelligence, strong boundaries, and a deep belief in pupil potential. Every day, you'll help young people feel seen, safe and supported.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise pupils placed in The Hub or Reflection Room and maintain calm, consistent routines.
  • Model positive, relational behaviour and maintain firm, fair boundaries.
  • Work closely with the inclusion team to ensure that all students receive the care and attention that they need.
