Job summary

Job description
Job Overview

Hours: 30 per week, term time only (38 weeks). Reports to Inclusion Manager. Location: Isleworth, with some work at Feltham.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support students in lessons across a range of subjects and levels.
  • Encourage participation, independence, and positive interaction with others.
  • Keep records of progress, attendance, and support given.
  • Reinforce learning and provide mentoring where required.
  • Supervise students outside of lessons when necessary.
  • Contribute to planning, adapted resources, and target-setting.
  • Support students with employability and confidence-building.
Person Requirements
  • Level 2 English and Maths (or willingness to achieve).
  • Relevant support qualification or willingness to train.
  • IT skills (Word, Outlook, internet).
  • Experience supporting young people with additional needs or disabilities.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Understanding of safeguarding, equality, and inclusion.
  • Willingness to undertake training and development.
