A legal education institution is looking for an individual to support students on their journey to becoming practicing solicitors. This remote position involves delivering personal supervision sessions focused on student engagement and progress. Candidates should possess strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
This is a key role within the academic team to support students on their journey through qualification to joining the legal profession as a practicing solicitor.
You will be responsible for delivering personal supervision sessions directly to students. These will support students as they progress through their module with a primary focus on engagement and progress reporting using analytics.
As a fully remote company, you should thrive when working full-time virtually, communicate clearly, and demonstrate strong initiative and independence.

Salary: £32,000 per annum
Working Hours: 35 hours per week
Holiday Entitlement: 28 days pro-rata plus statutory holidays
Pension Arrangements: 8% pension contribution and salary sacrifice scheme
Probation Period: 6 months
Notice Period: 3 months after probation
