Job summary

Kingston Students’ Union in Kingston upon Thames is seeking a Student Representation Assistant (Student Voice) to help deliver effective student representation and engagement across the University.

Within the Student Voice & Insight Team, you’ll coordinate recruitment, training and activities for reps, support student voice committees and consultations, respond to student questions and feedback, analyse responses and help turn feedback into positive change.

Are you passionate about supporting students, strengthening student representation and making sure student voices are heard? Kingston Students’ Union (KSU) is looking for a Student Representation Assistant (Student Voice) to support the delivery of effective student representation and engagement across the University.

Working within the Student Voice & Insight Team, you’ll play an important role in supporting academic representatives, Student Council members and student-led campaigns. Working closely with the Representation Coordinator, you’ll help coordinate representative recruitment, training and activities, support student voice committees and consultations, and respond to students’ questions and feedback.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, communicating with a diverse range of students and stakeholders, and helping turn student feedback into positive change. You’ll also support the administration and promotion of student voice activities, analyse feedback, and work with colleagues to ensure that students’ views are shared with the right people and followed up effectively.
