Student Recruitment Officer

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Location: Manchester Old Trafford M16 & Business School M3 (with UK travel)

Hours: 37.5 per week

Reports to: Student Recruitment Manager

What You\'ll Be Doing

As a Student Recruitment Officer, you\'ll be at the forefront of their growth strategy driving student numbers through dynamic outreach, strategic account management, and high-impact presentations. You\'ll be a brand ambassador, building relationships with schools, colleges, communities, and prospective students across the UK.

  • Sales-focused recruitment: Own your pipeline, nurture leads, and convert interest into enrolments.
  • Target-driven performance: Work to clear KPIs and growth targets across allocated regions and accounts.
  • Engaging presentations: Represent our client at events, delivering inspiring talks that spark curiosity and drive applications.
  • Strategic partnerships: Strengthen relationships with key stakeholders and support ongoing student referrals.
  • Collaborative working: Partner with admissions, marketing, and student experience teams to deliver a seamless applicant journey.
