Responsibilities
  • Be an ambassador for Chichester College Group, promoting our campuses and courses to schools, communities, and adult learners.
  • Plan and deliver impactful events such as Open Days, Taster Sessions, and Graduation celebrations.
  • Build strong relationships with schools, community groups, and partners to drive engagement and recruitment.
  • Use data and insights to shape outreach strategies and improve performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing and curriculum teams to create exciting campaigns and resources.
Qualifications
  • Experience in event planning, outreach, or marketing with proven results.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, confident engaging with diverse audiences.
  • Proven organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and data analysis.
  • Flexibility, proactivity, and creativity.
  • Evening and weekend work required during key recruitment periods.
  • A driving licence and ability to travel independently with kit and equipment.
  • £25,783 - £26,972 per annum plus a market supplement of £3,000 per annum.

37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year.
