  • Capture photos and videos across sites to support marketing campaigns.
  • Provide administrative and operational support for marketing, recruitment and outreach activities.
  • Assist in the planning and delivery of events such as Open Days, Applicant Days, and campus tours (including occasional evening and weekend work).
  • Support the production and proofing of marketing materials across multiple channels.
  • Help evaluate and report on event performance, social media reach and campaign impact.
  • Build strong relationships across the Faculty, Marketing, Recruitment and Admissions teams, and with external partners.
  • Work collaboratively with student ambassadors to promote the Faculty’s courses.
About You

You’ll be someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, creative environment with excellent organisational and communication skills. You’re confident in creating social media content, enjoy planning events, and can manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.

Essential Skills and Experience
  • Experience in administration, marketing or student recruitment.
  • Experience creating engaging social media and digital content.
  • Event organisation and coordination experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong IT proficiency (Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint, etc.).
  • Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively across teams.
  • Flexible approach to working hours, with ability to travel between campuses.
Desirable
  • Experience working in Higher Education or a similar large organisation.
  • Strong Excel and data handling skills.
  • Understanding of GDPR and data management principles.
