Job summary

Pendleton Sixth Form College is seeking a motivated Student Recruitment Advisor to join our Recruitment and Admissions team. You will attract, advise and enrol prospective students across our college group, helping them make informed decisions about their future education and career pathways.

You will be a confident communicator who enjoys working with young people, parents and stakeholders, and you will be passionate about widening participation and promoting educational opportunities.

Student Recruitment Advisor Reference: 000197 | Closing Date: 30th September 2026 | Interview Date: 12th October 2026 Salary: £24,770 - £27,231 Incremental progression throughout the band is available Contract Type: Permanent | Hours per Week: 36 hours | Location: Pendleton Sixth Form college About the Role We are seeking a motivated and student-focused Student Recruitment Advisor to join our Recruitment and Admissions team. This role plays a key part in attracting, advising, and enrolling prospective students across our college group, helping them make informed decisions about their future education and career pathways. You will be a confident communicator who enjoys working with young people, parents/carers, and stakeholders, and who is passionate about widening participation and promoting educational opportunities.
