Qualifications

• Experience in an administrative or education setting.
• Understanding of SEND and EHCP processes.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Experience in FE admissions or recruitment.
• Knowledge of Databridge, SIMS or similar systems.
• Experience working with local authorities.
• Experience supporting young people with SEND.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full admissions cycle.
• Act as the first point of contact for prospective students, parents, carers, and professionals.
• Coordinate college tours and recruitment events.
• Review applications and supporting documents.
• Liaise with local authorities regarding placements and funding agreements.
• Maintain accurate records and track applicant progress.
• Support enrolment and ensure data is recorded.
• Build relationships with feeder schools and external stakeholders.
• Provide admissions data and reports to senior leadership.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams.

Skills
