Responsibilities
  • Provide pastoral support, advice and guidance to students.
  • Monitor attendance and wellbeing.
  • Liaise with parents and Personal Tutors to ensure students achieve the best outcome from their programme of study.
  • Act as the go‑to person for students, supporting them throughout all stages of their learner journey.
  • Promote drop‑in sessions and enrichment opportunities to develop a wide range of skills.
  • Work across all departments and organise enrichment and cross‑college events.
