Student Learning Coach – 30 hrs/week, 37 weeks/year (Fixed-term contract to 30 June 2026)

We are looking for passionate Student Learning Coaches to work at our Basildon Town Centre campus. As a Student Learning Coach you will provide support to a designated group of learners or individual learner, some of whom will have additional/complex needs, disabilities, or social and emotional needs, who are on mainstream or discrete college courses.

Requirements:

• Student-focused individuals with a minimum of Level 2 Maths and English qualifications
