Job summary

Windsor Forest Colleges Group is seeking a dedicated Student Health and Medical Support Lead to join the Safeguarding and Wellbeing team. This is a full-time, permanent role, term-time only over 41 weeks and 37 hours per week, with a salary scale between L34 £37,830.73 and L37 £40,655.89 (L34 £41,096 and L37 £44,165 FTE).

The post holder will supervise medical room operations, conduct clinical assessments, and author Individual Healthcare Plans for students with complex medical needs, reporting

Qualifications

• Recognised clinical or allied health qualification.
• First Aid at Work certification.
• Professional registration (NMC or HCPC) and Mental Health First Aid.

Responsibilities

• Oversee medical room operations and administer medications.
• Conduct clinical assessments and write Individual Healthcare Plans (IHPs).
• Lead on on-site medical emergencies and manage return-to-study reintegration plans.
• Govern medication storage, clinical audits and confidential health records under UK GDPR.
