New City College is seeking a permanent Pastoral Tutor to guide learners throughout their time with us. You will deliver weekly group tutorials and one-to-one sessions to help students set goals, stay motivated, and overcome challenges.

You will monitor attendance and work with staff to ensure timely support. Based at Rainham Campus, the role emphasizes wellbeing, enrichment, and fostering an inclusive campus culture while supporting progression planning and engagement throughout the academic

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Experience in pastoral care, youth work, or education.
• Knowledge of safeguarding, equality and student wellbeing.

Responsibilities
