Job summary

The University of Cambridge is seeking a Funding Administrator within the Student Funding and Fee Policy team. The role focuses on enabling the Funding Management Portal (FMP) uptake, assisting staff to use it effectively, and supporting the offer-making process for funding.

In addition, the successful candidate will help coordinate applications, engage with faculties, and contribute to policy work to improve funding administration and applicant experience.

Qualifications

• Experience of working in an administrative role.
• Ability to prioritise and self-manage workload to meet targets and deadlines.
• Educated to HND/HNC or Level 4/5 vocational qualifications or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the Funding Management Portal to improve user experience and functionality.
• Engage stakeholders to increase the number of portal users.
• Assist faculties and departments to assess funding applicants and share information with internal funding bodies.
• Support PG Funding Policy work and related administrative tasks.
