Overview

Are you passionate about delivering a world‑class experience for our MBA students? London Business School are thrilled to be recruiting for a student‑focused and collaborative Student Experience Manager, MBA to join Degree Education on a permanent basis. The Student Experience Manager will support the overall student experience with particular focus on engaging with the class to ensure that every student receives effective, professional and personalised support and guidance. You will deliver high quality, knowledgeable and timely information to engage all students in key‑decision points throughout the flexible programme. You will work within a team of Student Experience and Programme Delivery Managers and be supported by a team of Programme Administrators, in assisting the Programme Director and Senior Team in the overall direction, development and delivery of the MBA programme as well as the provision of high quality student support and an exceptional student experience.

Responsibilities
  • Act as a dedicated point of contact for two streams of the MBA class, for both first and second year students.
  • Provide student advice and support in a timely, responsive and professional manner both face‑to‑face and via phone/email.
  • Act as the guide to the student journey and provide knowledgeable information and insight to support the student experience throughout the programme, including key decision‑points and times of personal challenge.
  • Develop and deliver a programme of targeted inclusive student activities to ensure relationship building with the stream and between students and the MBA programme team.
  • Develop and maintain a professional relationship with the two streams throughout the two‑year programme and support students both in London and when they are travelling, working or studying remotely.
  • Act as a point of contact for students who are seeking support and help with academic or personal issues and understand when to forward school services to fully support the student, responding to student welfare issues and providing pastoral care and/or referrals to other sources of guidance or counselling.

Work requirements: you will be expected to be on campus at least 3 days per week with flexibility for business needs and events. We operate with core hours 10:00–15:00 to maximise opportunities for connection and collaboration across teams during the working day. Outside of these hours you may still be required for meetings or collaboration based on your role and customer needs. Additionally, we offer Protected Time – a flexible, one‑hour slot within the working week dedicated to your learning, development, wellbeing, or focused, quiet work.

Qualifications
