Job summary

Mondelēz International in the United Kingdom invites a Student Designer for a 12-month placement in the Global Design Team. You will work on diverse design projects, translating consumer insights into concepts and bringing ideas to life with sketching, rendering and 3D CAD.

You will receive mentorship from Senior Designers, with opportunities to present your work across the business and develop your skills in a collaborative, consumer-centred culture.

Qualifications

• Working toward a Design degree (Industrial/Product/Graphic).
• 3D CAD experience with SolidWorks or Rhino desirable.
• Strong visualization using KeyShot, Adobe Suite, Procreate.
• Interest in packaging design is a plus.
• Able to write and articulate briefs in English.

Responsibilities

• Support the Design Team and Project Teams across the total creative spectrum.
• Create and articulate new design concepts using design tools (sketching, rendering, 3D CAD) to bring ideas to life.
• Assist the briefing process, then collaborate with and guide the design delivery of external resources.
• Use multi-fidelity prototyping and visualization tools to bring ideas to life and support consumer studies.
• Support project leaders in development of design ideas from market research and stakeholder assessments.
