The Registry at ESL is seeking an experienced Casework Officer to manage individual student academic cases, with a primary focus on academic appeals and academic misconduct.
The role involves conducting investigations in accordance with ESL and its academic partners\' academic appeals procedures and disciplinary regulations. The successful candidate will be part of a collaborative team, responsible for their own portfolio of casework and ensuring compliance with institutional policies.
