Job summary

Faith's Walk Healthcare services Ltd is seeking student care and support workers to provide in-home support in the Staines area. Roles are part-time and flexible, with shifts up to 20 hours per week, including evenings and weekends around lectures and commitments.

You will assist people to live independently, offering companionship, personal care, light home tasks and community support, while promoting choice and wellbeing in a caring, home-based setting.

Qualifications

• Passion for helping others and strong communication skills.
• Reliable, caring and responsible with a patient approach.
• Willingness to learn and complete required training.
• Right to work in the UK and hold a full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
