Location: Egham

Salary: £26,805 per annum pro rata - including London Allowance (possible higher point for exceptional skills)

Permanent, Part‑time (21 hours per week / 0.6 FTE).

Applications are invited for the post of Student Administration Assistant (Results Documentation) in Student Administration. Student Administration is responsible for delivering the core administrative functions involved in the student lifecycle, from enrolment to results. The department is focused on delivering an excellent student experience by developing and delivering effective and efficient processes to support students through their journey at the University.

The Assessment and Results team delivers the University’s in‑person exams and supports academic administration teams in delivering online assessment. The team manages the central processing, publication and documentation of results (marks, progression and awards) and also provides the administration of centralised mitigation processes.

The role of the Student Administration Assistant (Results Documentation) is based in the Assessment & Results Team and is responsible for the routine processing of result documentations (transcripts, proof of award, etc). All members of the Assessment & Results Team also provide operational support for the delivery of in‑person exams (currently held in January, May and August).
