Job summary

A healthcare organization in Barrow-in-Furness is seeking candidates for the role of Structured Clinical Management (SCM) provider within the Furness Community Mental Health Team. In this role, you will deliver SCM to service users with Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder (EUPD) and work collaboratively with community systems. Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Furness Community Mental Health Team. The successful candidates will work with service users who have a diagnosis of Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder (EUPD) who are currently on CMHT caseloads. You will deliver Structured Clinical Management (SCM) to a caseload of service users within the community setting. Hybrid and flexible working arrangements are available upon discussion with the team.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver Structured Clinical Management (SCM) to a caseload of service users within the community setting.
  • Provide direct face‑to‑face contact with service users, conduct group work, and engage with the wider community system (A&E, police, inpatient and community settings) to support evidence‑based practice.
  • Participate in regular clinical supervision provided by Specialist Practitioners.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Desirable to have some knowledge of SCM and an interest in working with people with personality disorder.
