Aldwych Consulting in London (W14) is seeking a Structural Technician with several years of experience in building design projects, using Revit and AutoCAD, with around 70% Revit work. The role includes high-end residential, refurbishment, basement design and multi-storey schemes.

The office offers a modern environment, a flexible and sociable team, and a package including flexible working, bonus scheme, pension, private health scheme and CPD. One day work from home is allowed (non contractual).

Qualifications

• Several years of experience as a structural technician.
• Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Experience on buildings design projects.

Responsibilities

• Produce structural drawings and details for building projects.
• Collaborate with the design team to develop solutions.
• Support projects from concept through construction documentation.
