Job summary

Conrad-Consulting in Leicester is seeking an experienced structural CAD technician with Revit and AutoCAD skills to join their building structures team.

With at least 3 years’ UK consultancy experience, you will detail and model structural schemes, produce steel and concrete layouts, and liaise with engineers and on-site teams. A salary of £45,000–£48,000 is on offer with flexible working.

Qualifications

• Must have ONC/OND or HNC/HND in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years’ UK consultancy experience.
• Experience delivering detailed steel, timber, concrete and masonry drawings.

Are you an experienced structural CAD technician with Revit experience, looking for a new role in the Leicester area?

Our client has a healthy orderbook of projects in residential, healthcare, commercial and other sectors and they are looking for a structural technician with at least 3 years’ UK experience to join their building structures team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the detailing and modelling of a wide range of building structures/projects
• Creating detailed steel and concrete layout drawings from project designs.
• Liaising with engineers and on-site teams regarding drawings.
• Attending design team meetings.

Key Requirements:

• Must have either an ONC/OND or HNC/HND in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience within a consultancy-based role.
• Must Have experience working with steel, timber, concrete and masonry
• Must be experienced in the use of AutoCAD and Revit and able to deliver a high standard of draughtsmanship
