Contract Structural Engineer (Senior) – Remote Work

We are looking for a Senior Structural Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of structural engineering principles and be proficient in STADD, STRUDL, and ANSYS. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design and analysis of complex structural systems.

Responsibilities
  • Performing structural design and analysis of complex structures
  • Preparing and reviewing construction documents
  • Providing technical support to project managers and architects
  • Working with other engineers and consultants to develop and implement solutions
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Advanced Degree)
  • Professional Registration (PE) Desired
  • 10+ years of experience in structural engineering related to the new construction and/or retrofit of power facilities or other similar heavy‑industrial facilities
  • Detailed knowledge of engineering design principles, competent in structural steel and concrete design, and proficiency with structural codes, standards and industry methodologies
  • Proficiency in STADD/STRUDL, PCA Column/Mats, ANSYS, MathCAD, Excel and AutoCAD
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
