What You Need To Succeed
  • Experience in the design and delivery of civil and structural engineering projects within the power, energy and/or renewables sector.
  • Strong understanding of Eurocodes and design software such as Tekla, MIDAS, STAAD, or similar.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with clients and contractors.
  • A practical, problem‑solving mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience preparing technical reports, calculations, and design documentation.
  • Enthusiasm to contribute to a growing consultancy and take ownership of your professional development.
  • Working towards chartership (MICE or MIStructE) or recently chartered.
  • MEng or BEng in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
