We have an opportunity for an ambitious Structural Engineer to join a long-established structural engineering consultancy based in Weybridge! Combining technical expertise with a personal, hands‑on approach to every project, they are looking to welcome a Structural Engineer with circa two/three years’ post‑graduate experience to join their growing team in Weybridge.

This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a variety of exciting structural schemes across both residential and commercial sectors – from bespoke low‑rise developments to complex high‑rise buildings. You’ll be working closely with experienced engineers and associates, gaining exposure to all construction materials and structural systems. The office offers a collaborative and friendly environment where you can truly grow as an engineer and make your mark on high‑profile and technically challenging projects.

We are looking for someone with a strong technical foundation and a passion for structural engineering. You’ll have a couple of years’ experience in a design office and be comfortable taking responsibility for your own projects with support from senior staff. What You Need To Succeed
  • Two to four years’ experience in a UK structural engineering consultancy.
  • Experience in residential and/or commercial building design.
  • Proficiency in design using concrete, steel, masonry and timber.
  • Working knowledge of structural design software (e.g. Tekla Tedds, MasterSeries, Robot, etc.).
  • Clear communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage your own workload and deliver to deadlines.
  • A team‑player mindset and eagerness to learn.
  • Working towards chartership with IStructE or ICE (preferred but not essential).
  • BEng or MEng in Civil or Structural Engineering (or equivalent).
