Arup in Newcastle is seeking a Structural Engineer to join our Building Engineering team. You will be part of a multidisciplinary group of around 20 engineers and technicians working on commercial, residential, transport and infrastructure projects.
You will develop design, technical and software skills in a collaborative environment and contribute to packages from inception to completion, while progressing toward chartership with IStructE or ICE.

We have an opportunity for an enthusiastic Structural Engineer to join our creative and friendly Building Engineering team in Newcastle. You will be a vital part of a multidisciplinary, collaborative team of around 20 Engineers and Technicians. Our local, regional, national and international projects will allow you to work and succeed in a multicultural business environment. Current and recent projects include commercial, residential, transport, industrial and social infrastructure projects.
We are looking for an enthusiastic engineer with developing design, technical, and software skills who enjoys working collaboratively in multi-professional design teams, taking responsibility for packages of work from inception to completion to achieve outstanding results.
