Role: Structural Engineer

Location: Manchester

Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 depending on experience

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Structural Engineer to join our clients' team in Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity to work on innovative solutions within the residential and domestic sectors.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in designing, analysing and detailing structural elements for residential and domestic buildings.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers to produce calculations, reports and drawings.
  • Perform structural assessments and inspections of existing buildings and properties.
  • Work with other design teams to ensure structural elements integrate with other disciplines.
  • Evaluate compliance with building regulations, codes of practice and safety standards.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, contractors and other stakeholders.
  • Participate in site visits and surveys to support project development.
Skills and qualifications
  • A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or equivalent).
  • Proficiency with design software such as AutoCAD, Revit and structural analysis tools.
  • Solid understanding of UK building codes, standards and regulations.

Remuneration and development
