A leading marine engineering company in Belfast is seeking a Structural Engineer to contribute to the design and development of eFoilerTM vessels. The successful candidate will have a degree in Mechanical Engineering and 3+ years of experience in the marine or aerospace industries. Key responsibilities include structural engineering, design, and collaboration with manufacturing teams. The Structural Engineer will report directly to the Head of Mechanical Systems, subject to change as the team grows over the next 12 months.
The Mechanical Systems department sits within the Technical Team and is responsible for delivering all mechanical design, engineering, and integration activities for our eFoiler® Propulsion and Primary / Secondary mechanical systems. The department is also critical for the delivery and performance of all Artemis Technologies vessels and is rapidly expanding its footprint within the company.
The Structural Engineer will contribute to the design and development of Artemis Technologies eFoilerTM with primary focus on mechanical systems structural engineering, working at a system level with Structural Engineering and Naval architecture departments.
