Our client is an engineering consultancy known for its innovative approach to structural design and dedication to excellence. As they expand their footprint in the UK, the appointment of a Structural Director is key to lead this exciting venture. This is an exceptional opportunity to be at the forefront of shaping their presence in the UK.

As the Structural Director, you will have the opportunity to build a talented team of engineers and designers while playing a pivotal role in leading the London office. Initially focusing on growing the client base, you will be working alongside an experienced Associate Director in tandem to establish this consultancy. Long-term, you will collaborate with an international network of experts and have the autonomy to drive business growth, foster client relationships, and innovate in structural engineering.

We are looking for a seasoned professional with a proven track record of leading teams and securing high-value projects. Ideally, you will be chartered with the Institution of Structural Engineers (IStructE) and possess both the technical expertise and leadership acumen to deliver excellence in every aspect of the role.
