Yates Engineers is looking to expand our Birmingham, Alabama office by hiring a highly qualified Senior Structural Designer with 10+ years’ experience. As a Structural Designer, your general responsibility will be to perform all aspects of design, including but not limited to steel, concrete and masonry, utilizing theoretical knowledge and practical design methods. Additionally, as a Senior Structural Designer you will manage projects and project teams. Work will be performed under close supervision of a senior engineer or senior designer.

Education: High school graduate or equivalent with additional technical training or experience is required. Associate’s degree in CAD/Drafting or equivalent is .
