Ayesa Engineering - UK and Ireland is seeking a Structural Design Engineer to join our Rail & Bridges team in the UK. You will work on a variety of rail and bridge projects, delivering design, analysis and technical documentation across the project lifecycle.
The role requires a Civil/Structural Engineering degree, 2–5 years of experience, and ongoing progress toward Chartered Engineer status. Flexible working arrangements are available within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.

This is an opportunity to develop your career within a specialist Rail & Bridges team, working on a wide variety of rail, bridges and civil infrastructure projects across the UK.
You will work on technically challenging projects involving the assessment, design and delivery of rail and bridge structures, contributing throughout the project lifecycle from feasibility and concept development through to detailed design and construction support.
The role offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced engineers and technical specialists, developing your skills in structural analysis, design, assessment and project delivery while gaining exposure to major infrastructure projects. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, contractors and stakeholders, providing valuable experience in the development and delivery of engineering solutions within complex environments.
