What You Need To Succeed

• 5–8 years of structural design experience in the UK.
• Proficiency in design software such as Tekla Structural Designer, TEDDS, and AutoCAD / Revit.
• Experience designing in concrete, steel, timber, and masonry.
• Ability to manage project elements independently and liaise directly with clients and architects.
• Strong technical communication and report‑writing skills.

• Working towards Chartership with either IStructE or ICE.
