Job summary

A well-established consultancy in Glasgow is looking for a candidate to provide detailed structural drawings in Auto Cad. The ideal applicant has a background in consultancy with strong Auto Cad skills, communication abilities, and is a flexible team player. A minimum HNC/HND in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent is required for this role, which focuses on various projects including Distillery and Industrial work.

Responsibilities

• Provide detailed structural drawings in steel, reinforced concrete, masonry and timber in Auto Cad software packages. Revit training available.
• Liaise with other members of staff and the design team.
• Maintain and promote our clients Technical standards.

Skills Required

• A consultancy background is , with a proven track record in delivering high standards of cad design.
• Strong Auto Cad software skills essential with communication and numerical skills.
• Flexible and enthusiastic approach to working within a team structure.
• Confidence and ability to maximise the level of responsibility taken on projects, small and large.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum HNC/HND Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalent
