Qualifications

• Experience as a Structural / BIM Technician within a consultancy environment.
• Understanding of BIM processes (Level 2 or equivalent).
• Ability to interpret engineering sketches into buildable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Produce and manage high-quality structural drawings and BIM models.
• Develop detailed construction packages alongside engineers and architects.
• Coordinate design information and resolve detailing conflicts.
• Liaise with architects, contractors, and wider design teams.
• Attend meetings and support technical coordination.
• Carry out site visits and assist with construction queries.
• Ensure work aligns with BIM standards and project requirements.
