A leading healthcare service in the United Kingdom seeks a professional to join their Stroke Early Supported Discharge service. The role requires providing high-intensity rehabilitation to stroke survivors in their homes. This role is working within the Stroke Early Supported Discharge service who deliver high intensity rehabilitation to stroke survivors in the first 6 weeks following discharge from hospital. The post holder will be expected to carry out assessment and treatment of stroke patients predominantly in their own homes, within Gloucestershire, delivering rehabilitation with intensity to support service users to achieve their goals.
The post holder will have responsibility for rehabilitation assistants, providing leadership, clinical support and training as appropriate.
The post holder must hold a valid driving license and have access to a vehicle for work.
