A healthcare provider in Cornwall is seeking a compassionate Stroke Specialist Nurse to join their dedicated team. In this part-time role, you will provide high-quality care for stroke patients, manage clinical responsibilities, and support junior staff. Extensive training will be provided. Are you an experienced and compassionate healthcare professional with a passion for stroke care? To work as a senior skilled member of the nursing team, to provide a high standard of holistic patient centred care for stroke patients. Ability to promote patient centred care and establish good relationships with patients and families/carers. To work in ED and on the stroke unit.
The successful candidate should have a passion for looking after stroke patients, in ED and on the stroke unit. Having no or little stroke experience should never stop anybody wanting to apply. We are a motivated and enthusiastic team and welcome new colleagues to join us. To succeed in this role you will demonstrate the ability to work alone as well as part of a team and possess sound clinical assessment and communication skills.
