A healthcare provider in Bournemouth seeks a Specialist Nurse to join their Stroke Practitioner and Specialist Nurse Team. We are looking for a specialist nurse to join our Stroke Practitioner and Specialist Nurse Team. We are seeking someone who is passionate about delivering high quality care to patients whilst empowering them to manage their condition.
Extensive transformation work has taken place to develop a fully merged University Hospitals Dorset NHS Foundation Trust Stroke Service, providing high quality stroke specialist care for Poole and Bournemouth patients.
Base Location: Royal Bournemouth Hospital. Fixed Term contract of 9 months / Secondment Opportunity.
