Job summary

Assystem GmbH is seeking a Stress Engineer in Newcastle upon Tyne to deliver Finite Element Analysis assessments for nuclear components. The ideal candidate will have an Engineering Degree and hands-on experience with modelling codes like Abaqus and ANSYS. This role involves planning, delivery, and reporting on projects while communicating with clients. Assystem mobilizes 8,000 experts in 13 countries and intervenes across the entire project lifecycle, in engineering, project management and digital solutions.## Job DescriptionIn this role, you will be working with our experienced Simulation and Assessment team to deliver projects such as Finite Element Analysis (FEA) assessments of components for nuclear components to design codes such as ASME III or RCC-M.
