Job summary

We have an exciting opportunity to join the Albion Foundation team. Our Female Football Pathway are seeking a Strength & Conditioning Coach who can lead on all physical programmes, relating to football to help strengthen and condition young female players.

The role will involve working closely with the Player Development Lead and Sports Therapist to support the delivery of our Girls Emerging Talent Centre and Girls Games Programme. The role will be part of a wider multi-disciplinary team to support female players giving them the best chance to succeed in their footballing journey.

The chosen candidate will be expected to organise the planning, delivery and review of the season long strength & conditioning plan. They must be able to evaluate ongoing delivery and showcase impact through innovative ways.
