Job summary

The UK Sports Institute is seeking a part-time Strength & Conditioning Coach to lead provision for Leeds-based athletes at the Leeds Triathlon Centre. The role is 0.4 FTE (15 hours over two days: Monday and Friday) and sits within the national Performance Support Team.

You will design, deliver, and evaluate physical performance services that influence Olympic outcomes. Based in Leeds, you will collaborate with coaches and the Performance Support Team to shape training programs for world-class

Based at the LeedsTriathlon Centre, you will leadStrength & Conditioningprovision forLeeds-based World Class Programme athletes.You’llwork with athletes who have already achieved podium success, and those on track to do so, contributing to their preparation,long-termavailabilityand performance projects to deliverworld leadingperformance when it matters. Aspart of thewidernational Performance SupportTeamyou will also contribute toinnovativeprojectswith a clear focus onachievingsuccess at the Olympicgames.
