Job summary

Link-Force Ltd seeks a Streetworks Supervisor to oversee on-site streetworks activities in Windsor, SL4. You will supervise daily operations, coordinate teams, and liaise with clients and authorities to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to high standards.

The role requires a strong background in streetworks supervision, knowledge of relevant legislation, and a proactive emphasis on safety and quality on site. Working hours are 08:00 to 18:00.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid gold CSCS card, SSSTS, and SWQR.
• Previous experience as a Streetworks Supervisor is essential.
• Knowledge of streetworks legislation and safety standards.
• Ability to coordinate teams and liaise with clients and authorities.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Proactive attitude with focus on safety and quality.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing streetworks activities on-site, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards. You will supervise day-to-day operations, coordinate with teams and stakeholders, and ensure every aspect of the project is completed efficiently and to a high standard. The role requires vigilant oversight to maintain safety protocols and ensure that works are carried out within designated timeframes. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a supervisory role within streetworks projects, delivering excellent organisational and leadership skills. Working hours are from 08:00 am to 06:00 pm, with an expectation of maintaining a professional and proactive approach throughout your shift.
