Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering in a housing, homelessness, care or support environment.
• Strong understanding of homelessness, rough sleeping, welfare benefits.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a flexible and assertive street outreach service.
• Provide intensive, person-centred support to rough sleepers.
• Complete comprehensive assessments and detailed support plans.
• Support individuals in developing independent living skills.
• Coordinate interventions with multiple agencies.

Skills

Experience working in a housing or support environment
