We are driving a bold 10-year transformation agenda across multiple markets, and we’re looking for a Strategic Transformation Manager to help make it happen. This is not a typical PMO role, it’s about shaping and delivering high-impact initiatives that sit at the intersection of strategy and execution. You’ll work closely with senior leadership, manage complex stakeholder landscapes, and ensure that strategic priorities translate into measurable outcomes.

What You’ll Do
  • Design and Embed Strategic Processes
  • Develop and run core transformation processes, annual and quarterly planning, strategic communications, and governance frameworks, ensuring they drive clarity and momentum across the organisation.
  • Lead Delivery of High-Value Initiatives
  • Partner with market and cross-functional teams to accelerate delivery of strategic programmes. You’ll keep initiatives on track, resolve blockers, and ensure progress translates into tangible business impact.
  • Act as a Strategic Advisor
  • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, guiding them through complex change and aligning initiatives with the broader transformation roadmap.
  • Champion Continuous Improvement
  • Use insights and feedback to refine processes and enhance the effectiveness of the Transformation Office.
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience in strategic transformation, either from a top-tier consultancy or within a complex, multi-market organisation.
  • Strong ability to balance big-picture thinking with detail-oriented execution.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with confidence engaging at C‑suite level.
  • A track record of delivering complex programmes that create real business value.
  • Ideally, experience in media, digital, or entertainment sectors.
