This is an advisory / management consulting role, we are not looking for backgrounds in data science, marketing delivery or technology implementation. The ideal candidate will have 4 - 6 years’ experience at a top tier management consultancy (or equivalent) working within their strategy consulting division.

Eligibility

You must have the right to work in the UK.

Salary

In the region of £70k depending on experience.

The Opportunity

We are a small, senior team of strategists, AI experts, and marketers passionate about bringing AI to life in consumer product experiences and marketing operations. We’re looking for a strategy consultant with a deep passion for AI to join our growing team, delivering top-tier strategy advisory to global brands.

As a Manager, most of your time will be spent delivering client projects from initial problem framing through to final recommendations. As a small team, our Managers are expected to be able to work independently with light guidance from senior leadership.

It is imperative that you have a true passion for AI - this means more than just using ChatGPT. You are reading broadly and regularly in your own time about developments in the AI industry. You are tinkering with different tools in your professional and personal life. And you are knowledgeable about the latest capabilities in this fast moving space and keen to work alongside others who share the same interest.

Key responsibilities:
  • Deliver strategy consultancy projects for clients, focused on AI within the Marketing function.

  • Conduct structured research and analysis to inform strategic recommendations - from market and trend scans to competitive assessments.

  • Identify opportunities to drive consumer and business value with AI (within marketing and consumer-facing experiences).

  • Develop high-quality client deliverables including presentations, business cases and workshop materials.

About you:
  • You are deeply passionate and excited about how AI is changing business and society today and motivated to deepen your expertise in this space. You are already up to speed on using all of the mainstream AI tools and well‑read on the latest developments in the AI industry.

  • Experience: 4 - 6 years in management consulting, ideally within a strategy or digital advisory practice at a top‑tier consulting firm.

  • Significant experience advising Marketing, Digital or customer‑facing functions.

  • Proven ability to structure and deliver strategic recommendations in areas such as marketing transformation, growth strategy, innovation, or digital capability building.

  • You have excellent general business acumen, exceptional problem solving skills, and outstanding verbal and written communication skills (in English).

  • You are driven, responsible, highly proactive and self‑directed…

  • …and highly flexible, relaxed and resilient in fast‑paced, highly changeable environments - we’re a small business working in an industry that’s moving at a rate of knots.

  • You are low‑ego and collaborative. You understand that priorities shift, work evolves or changes direction, and feedback is an opportunity to improve. You seek input, stay curious, and see learning as part of the job - with a focus on improving rather than being right.

Location: Candidates must be comfortable working remotely and, from 2026, from our London office. The role also requires flexibility to travel internationally and to take calls outside standard UK hours when necessary.
