A major financial services firm is seeking a Strategy Manager to join its Chief Digital Information Office. The role focuses on managing strategy and delivering technology transformation aligned with customer outcomes. You’ll be joining us in Business Management, Strategy & Transformation, where we drive commercial success through the optimisation of our portfolio and people to deliver value to our customers.
You’ll provide a vital contribution to the strategic technology development of the C&I customer digital experience, with the ultimate goal of producing excellent customer outcomes.
In this key role, you’ll manage the strategy of your function, supporting the delivery of its product backlog, producing customer value in a continuous, iterative fashion. You’ll be well positioned to use expert stakeholder management across the function and the wider bank to get input and agreement, while making sure that the strategy is cascaded appropriately.

We’re looking for someone with strong leadership capabilities, coupled with good research skills and insight generation. You’ll demonstrate prior experience in business planning, developing strategic recommendations and influencing all strategic change. Additionally, we’ll look to you to have a delivery track record working collegiately in and across a large diverse organisation, with the ability to establish partnerships across all parts of the business, ideally with a global footprint.
