Description

About the team: Our Strategy (Chief of Staff) team sits at the heart of the business, partnering closely with senior leadership to turn their data into a clear direction. We connect the dots across Commercial, Operations, Finance and Marketing to ensure we’re focused on what matters most.

As we continue to scale, this team plays a key role in shaping how we communicate performance, make decisions, and drive alignment across the business, from all-hands to board-level conversations.

About the role: This is a highly visible, cross-functional role supporting the Chief of Staff (and wider leadership team) to translate business performance into clear, actionable insight and compelling narratives.

You’ll combine analysis with storytelling, building board decks, all-hands content, and leadership reporting that drives clarity and decision-making.

It’s a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys both the numbers and the “so what?”, working closely with senior stakeholders and gaining exposure to how the business really operates.

  • Get to know stakeholders across Commercial, Operations, Finance and Marketing

  • Support the creation of weekly and monthly reporting, including leadership updates

Establishing Your Impact…

  • Own regular performance reporting and improve clarity of insights

  • Take the lead on creating high-quality board and leadership decks

  • Proactively identify trends, risks, and opportunities across the business

  • Become a trusted partner to stakeholders, helping shape the narrative behind the numbers

Driving Excellence…

  • Simplify complex data into clear, actionable insights

  • Continuously improve reporting processes, tools, and outputs
  • Play a key role in aligning teams around performance and priorities

Key Goals & Objectives

  • Deliver clear, accurate, and timely weekly and monthly business performance reporting

  • Produce high-quality board and all-hands materials that drive alignment and decision-making

  • Identify and communicate key trends, risks, and opportunities across the business

  • Improve reporting efficiency and clarity through continuous process enhancements

  • Build strong cross-functional relationships to enable better data-driven decisions

Key Responsibilities

  • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills

  • Proficiency with BI tools, with Sigma being a plus
